漳州传统民居宜居化提升技术研究

Research on the Technology of Improving the Livability of Zhangzhou Traditional Residence

本研究以漳州地区传统民居为具体研究对象,回归传统民居建造本源和居住属性,以提升宜居环境为目标,以建造为技术路径,结合历史风貌区管控手段,规避负面建设,探索一种具有技术理性特征的简明提升技术体系,以期传统民居的人居环境能够通过政府指导管控、居民为修缮主体的方式得到有效提升。

In this study,traditional residential buildings in Zhangzhou area are taken as the specific research object.Returning to the origin and residential attribute of traditional residential buildings,with improving livable environment as the goal,this paper takes building as the technical path,combines with the management and control means of historical areas,avoids negative construction,and explores a concise upgrading technical system with technical rationality characteristics,in order to improve the traditional residential environment under the guidance of the government with the main means of repairing.
