基于POE的城市公共休闲空间评价及优化策略——以沾益区玉林广场为例

Evaluation and Optimization Strategy of Urban Public Leisure Space Based on POE——A Case of Yulin Square in Zhanyi District

本文以环境行为学的相关理论为基础,借鉴优秀的POE研究案例进行分析参考。以沾益区城市休闲广场为例,对城市广场进行观察、分析与评价,从使用者、维护管理者的角度进行调查研究。城市广场在使用过程中存在着一系列潜在的问题,不能满足使用者的需求,因此,笔者根据调查研究得出相关的优化策略及建议,希望能创造一个良好的城市广场休憩场所,并对城市广场及公园建设和改造提供借鉴意义。

Based on the relevant theories of environmental behavior,this paper uses the excellent POE research cases for reference.Taking the city leisure square of Zhanyi district as an example,the observation,analysis and evaluation of the city square are conducted from the perspective of users and maintenance managers.There are a series of potential problems in the use of city squares,which can not meet the needs of users.Therefore,according to the investigation and research,we can get the relevant optimization strategies and suggestions and create a good urban leisure space,with a view to provide a reference for the construction and transformation of city squares and parks.
