Research on the Design of Unconventional Super High-Rise Buildings——The Creation of the Design Plan for 150m Super High-Rise Building of Greenland Group in Wujiang,Suzhou

由于基地内各种因素的限制,如日照、规划指标、业态、景观资源等,标准层的形态选择成为设计的核心任务。本次设计在综合考虑多方因素后,选择了非常规的标准层形体,由此产生的设计挑战和带来的布局亮点成为设计的主要特色。

Due to the limitations of various factors in the base,such as sunshine,planning indicators,formats,landscape resources,etc.,the shape selection of the standard layer has become the core task of the design.After considering many factors,the unconventional standard layer shape is selected.The resulting design challenges and layout highlights become the main features of the design.
