Industrial Building Protection Under the Concept of Reuse——Renovation Design of Hero Pen Factory

为实现上海市新一轮城市总体规划提出远期愿景,需要科学的城市更新。上海作为中国近现代工业发展的中心,城市各个角落存在着海量的工业建筑。工业建筑遗存的保护与再利用既有助于释放存量工业用地,又有助于推动城市更新和人文城市的建设。上海的工业建筑如何实现保护性再利用是研究思考的重点,笔者希望结合自身负责实施的工业建筑再利用相关实践,阐述再利用理念下的工业建筑保护。

It depends on scientific urban regeneration to realize the long-term vision of Shanghai’s new round of urban master planning.As the center of China’s modern industrial development,there are also massive industrial heritages in every corner of Shanghai.The protection and reuse of industrial heritage not only contributes to release the stock of industrial land,but also promotes urban regeneration and the construction of a humanistic city.This thesis focus on how to achieve the protective reuse of Shanghai industrial heritage.The author hopes to explain the protection of industrial buildings under the concept of reuse combining with his own relevant practices of industrial buildings reuse.
