工程质量安全监管的实践与思考——以重庆来福士广场项目观景天桥工程为例

Practice and Thinking of Engineering Quality and Safety Supervision——A Case of Viewing Flyover Project of Laifushi Square Project in Chongqing

近年来,我们国家建筑业发展迅猛,但是建筑工程的质量安全事故也是频繁发生,影响恶劣。因此,加强建筑工程的质量与安全监管非常重要。重庆来福士广场作为重庆市重点建设工程项目,其地理位置特殊、结构形式复杂、影响范围大,其质量安全监督管理工作尤其重要。本文以重庆来福士广场观景天桥工程为案例,介绍其质量安全监督管理的重点、难点,以及相应的"事前指导,过程监督,联合验收"等综合措施,总结了保证质量、安全施工和工期效益等方面的有益经验。

In recent years,the construction industry in our country has developed rapidly,but the quality and safety accidents of construction engineering are also frequent and the influence is bad.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the quality and safety supervision of construction projects.As a key construction project in Chongqing,Laifushi Square in Chongqing has special geographical location,complex structure and great influence.Its quality and safety supervision and management work is especially important.This paper takes Laifushi Square viewing flyover project in Chongqing as a case,introduces the key and difficult points in its quality and safety supervision and management as well as other comprehensive measures such as prior guidance,process supervision and joint acceptance,and summarizes the good experience in quality guarantee,safe construction and the benefits of the construction period.
