建筑工程施工阶段的造价控制与管理

Cost Control and Management of the Construction Engineering in Construction Stage

建筑工程的成本主要发生在施工阶段,因此施工阶段是建筑工程造价控制和管理最为关键的一个环节。在施工阶段,加强对工程造价的管控,会对工程的造价管理有很好的促进作用。笔者举出实例,就大同汇天嘉宇项目这个实例去研究和探讨建筑工程中在开始动工阶段影响造价的一些因素,进而说明在其中对工程造价管控的具体办法。

The cost of a construction project mostly occurs in the construction stage,so the construction stage is the most critical link of the cost control and management of the construction project.So in the construction stage,effective control and management of the project cost will effectively promote the cost management level of the whole construction project.In this paper,Datong Huitian Jiayu project is taken as an example to analyze the main factors that affect the construction cost in the construction stage.Finally,the specific measures of how to manage and control the construction cost in the construction stage are put forward.
