摘要
依托以色列Ashdod港项目,深海碎石桩施工所采用的底部喂料法振冲工艺,介绍了振冲设备的基本参数及其功能。根据试验区碎石桩施工方案,简述了浮式驳船振冲设备的布置,并基于施工数据分析了振冲头的比选。最后分析总结了自升式平台振冲设备的布置原则,以期为类似碎石桩施工振冲设备选择和布置提供参考。
Based on the construction of deep-sea crushed stone column of Ashdod port in Israel,the bottom feeding vibration technology is introduced in detail,including basic parameters and functions of vibration equipment.According to the construction solution for crushed stone column in trial area,the layout of the vibration equipment on floating barge is described briefly,and the vibrating punches is compared and selected based on construction data.Finally the layout principle of the vibration equipment on self-elevating platform is summarized.The results will provide a reference for the selection and layout of vibration equipment in similar construction.
