煤化工企业在生产中存在着极大的危险性,每一个生产环节的操作失误,都有可能酿成严重的安全事故,给企业带来不可估量的损失。为了使企业能够在安全的状态下生产,就要从本质上改变当前的安全生产形势,加强安全生产的标准化管理。文章分析了煤化工企业实施安全生产标准化管理的发展现状,从成立标准化管理机构、建立管理体系和运行机制等角度阐述当前企业安全生产标准化管理的做法,强调了在生产环节实施标准化管理需要注意的问题。
