多元料浆气化装置闪蒸系统热回收器的优化

摘要 以多元料浆气化装置中闪蒸系统的热回收器为研究对象,针对现有的热回收器存在的问题,提出一种新型的热回收器,该热回收器采用直接接触换热的方式,改善了换热效果,避免了管道堵塞,相对于现有装置的热回收器换热效果更好,可进行广泛应用。 Taking the heat recovery unit of flash evaporation system in multi-component slurry gasif ication unit as the research object,aiming at the problems existing in the existing heat recovery device,a new type of heat recovery device is proposed.The heat recovery device adopts the way of direct contact heat exchange,which improves the heat transfer effect and avoids pipe blockage,compared with the heat recovery device of the existing device,the heat exchange effect is better and can be widely used.
