摘要
声遗传技术利用在医学领域得到普遍认可的低强度超声波作为调控手段,具有非侵入性、高安全性、强穿透性等优势,有望弥补目前主要采用激光作为细胞调控手段的不足,在生物基础研究等领域具有广阔的应用前景,并有望用于恶性肿瘤等疾病的治疗。对声遗传技术的应用进行了综述,包括神经细胞调控、目的基因表达调控及肿瘤细胞死亡调控等方面,并对声遗传技术面临的机遇和挑战进行了分析,为声遗传技术的进一步深入研究和发展提供了参考。
Sonogenetics technology uses low-intensity ultrasound as a control measure,which is a widely recognized tool in medical field.The sonogenetics technology has many advantages such as being non-invasive,high safety,and strong penetrability,and is thus expected to make up for the inadequacy of a laser-based cell-regulating tool.This technology has a great research and application prospect in basic biological research and other fields,and is expected to be used in the treatment of diseases such as malignant tumor.In this paper,we review the application of sonogenetics technology,including the regulation of nerve cell,the regulation of target gene expression,and the regulation of tumor cell death,and analyze the opportunity and challenge faced by sonogenetics technology.This study provides a reference for the further research and development of sonogenetics technology.
