孤岛油田含聚采出水杀菌缓蚀一体化药剂的研制与应用 被引量:1

Development and Application of Bactericidal and Corrosion-Inhibiting Integrated Agent in Treatment of Polymer-Contained Produced Water from Gudao Oilfield

摘要 针对孤岛油田含聚采出水处理难度大,常规的缓蚀剂、杀菌剂效果差,处理后水质稳定性差,注水系统沿程管网腐蚀堵塞严重等问题,研制了一种高效杀菌缓蚀一体化药剂,并开展了室内和现场应用评价。结果表明,室内评价缓蚀率为90.8%,硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)抑制效果明显。现场应用后,腐蚀速率由0.0998 mm·a^-1降至0.0049 mm·a^-1,降幅达到90%以上,沿程细菌含量减少,水质稳定。该药剂一剂两用,在油田含聚采出水处理方面具有推广应用价值。 Aiming at the problems such as the difficulty in treating polymer-contained produced water from Gudao Oilfield,the poor effect of conventional corrosion inhibitor and bactericide,the poor stability of water quality after treatment,and the serious corrosion blockage in the pipeline network along the water injection system,we developed a kind of efficient bactericidal and corrosion-inhibiting integrated agent,and carried out evaluation for the indoor and field application.The results show that the inhibition rate is 90.8%,and the inhibition effect of sulfate reducing bacteria(SRB)is obvious in the indoor evaluation.After field application,the corrosion rate decreases from 0.0998 mm·a^-1 to 0.0049 mm·a^-1 with a decrease of more than 90%.The bacterial content along the system is reduced,and the water quality is stable.The integrated agent has bactericidal and corrosion-inhibiting effects,which possesses the value of popularization and application in the treatment of polymer-contained produced water from oilfield.
