干旱胁迫对不同品种玫瑰生理生化特性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 对新疆和田玫瑰、苦水玫瑰、冷香玫瑰和保加利亚白玫瑰4种食用玫瑰进行干旱胁迫试验,通过测定植株叶片生长指标及生理指标,采用伤害表观症状评价法、隶属函数综合评价法对抗旱性进行综合评价,得出4种玫瑰的抗旱性依次为:新疆和田玫瑰>苦水玫瑰>冷香玫瑰>保加利亚白玫瑰。新疆和田玫瑰可作为干旱地区大田种植和改观景观效果的优势品种。 The drought stress tests were carried out for four kinds of edible roses:Xinjiang Hetian Rose,Kushui Rose,Lengxiang Rose and R.damascene.The physiological and biochemical characteristics of plant leaf were studied.The evaluation method of symptoms and membership function comprehensive evaluation were used to evaluate their drought resistance.The results showed that the drought resistance was in order as follows:Xinjiang Hetian Rose,Kushui Rose,Lengxiang Rose and R.damascene.It is suggested that Xinjiang Hetian Rose can be selected as the dominant variety planted in the field to improve landscape effect.
