宁夏农林科学院创新团队创新能力分析

Innovation Ability of Innovation Team of Ningxia Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences

本文通过调查问卷、访谈、现场调研的形式,从影响创新团队创新能力的团队发展因素、创新活力、创新潜能、创新意识、文化水平、管理机制、人才建设、管理模式8个方面进行调查研究,分析宁夏农林科学院10个创新团队创新能力的现状及存在的问题,为进一步提升团队创新能力提供借鉴参考。

The questionnaires,interviews and on-site surveys were carried out to investigate the current status and existing problems of 10 innovation teams from 8 perspectives:influencing factors,creativity,innovation potentiality,innovation consciousness,educational level,management mechanism,talent training and management pattern.The results could provide theoretical basis for the improvement of team innovation ability.
