摘要
在石油天然气钻井工程的井下扩孔施工中,使用常规扩孔器进行扩孔作业存在扩孔周期长、扭矩大、断刀翼、效果不理想等问题。针对以上问题,为应用更为优质快捷的扩孔方法,通过理论研究,探索利用聚能扩孔弹的爆炸所产生的冲击波对井下预定位置进行爆炸扩孔的方法。通过聚能扩孔弹爆炸扩孔装置的结构、炸药的优选、聚能扩孔弹装药结构设计等关键技术的研究,并在XJX1井对聚能扩孔弹的钻井爆炸扩孔技术进行了先导性试验。试验表明,3m长的爆炸扩孔器爆炸后,?216 mm井眼扩孔率达到12.84%,达到了研究目的。理论研究和井下试验表明,应用聚能扩孔弹爆炸产生的爆轰波对井壁实现扩孔是可行的。
In the downhole reaming construction of oil and gas drilling engineering,there are many problems in the reaming operation with conventional reamers,such as long reaming period,large torque,broken blade and unsatisfactory effect.In view of the above problems,in order to apply a more efficient and high-quality hole expanding method,through theoretical research,this paper explores the method of using the shock wave generated by the explosion of the concentrated energy hole expanding bomb to expand the hole at the predetermined position underground.Through the research on the key technologies such as the structure of the explosion reaming device,the optimization of explosives and the design of the charge structure of the explosion reaming device,the downhole test on the drilling explosion reaming technology of the expansion bomb was carried out in Well xjx1.The test shows that after the explosion of the 3 mlong explosion reamer,the reaming rate of?216 mm borehole reaches 12.84%,achieving the research purpose.Theoretical research and downhole test show that it is feasible to enlarge the hole by using the detonation wave produced by the explosion of the shaped charge expanding bomb.
