无限级套管滑套分段压裂工具研制与应用

DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION OF STAGE FRACTURING TOOL FOR CASING SLIDING SLEEVE OF INFINITE STAGE

针对现有水平井裸眼分段压裂工具分段级数有限,后期修井需钻磨或打捞球座等困难,研制了无限级套管滑套分段压裂工具。阐述了该工具的工艺原理,介绍了固完井管柱、压裂管柱和主要工具的结构、原理、技术指标参数。主要对套管滑套进行了开启动作、密封承压试验;对开启工具进行了胶筒压缩性能、坐封力、封隔密封承压试验;对定位器进行了定位感应力试验,地面试验结果达到了设计技术要求。该工具在苏里格苏5、苏59区块进行了现场试验应用,应用表明固井作业时,套管滑套管柱能安全顺利下入到位。压裂施工时,滑套定位准确明显,开启灵活,封隔工具坐封牢固,密封可靠,转层快速,作业效率高,满足了苏里格致密砂岩气藏多层(段)压裂增产改造的需要,具有较好的推广应用前景和价值。

In view of the limited stage fracturing tools for open hole fracturing in horizontal wells and the difficulty of drilling and grinding or fishing for ball socket in late,an infinite stage fracturing tool for sliding sleeve of casing was developed.This paper expounds the technological principle of the tool.It introduces the cementing and completion strings,fracturing strings and the main tool of the structure,principle,technical parameters.The opening action and sealing pressure test of sleeve sliding sleeve are carried out.The compression performance of the rubber cylinder,setting force and sealing pressure were tested for the opening tool.The locating induction force of the locater was tested.The ground test results meet the design technical requirements.The tool has been applied in Sulige Su-5 and Su-59 blocks.The application shows that the sliding casing string can safely and smoothly running in place during cementing operation.During the fracturing,sliding sleeve is accurate open and flexible,packer setting is firm,reliable sealing,and fast in layer conversion operation.It has high work efficiency,to meet the needs of multilayer fracturing and stimulation reconstruction of Sulige tight sandstone gas reservoir.
