摘要
射血分数保留的心力衰竭(HFpEF)是指左室射血分数>50%的心力衰竭。本文就近年来关于HFpEF的临床诊断、相关危险因素、发病机制、表型分类及治疗方向的研究进展作一综述,旨在为HFpEF的治疗提供新思路。
Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)refers to heart failure with left ventricular ejection fraction>50%.The present article made a review on research progress in clinical diagnosis,related risk factors,pathogenesis,phenotype classification and therapeutic direction of HFpEF in recent years,aiming at providing new thinking for HFpEF treatment.
