神经突起生长导向因子-1(NT-1)是一种在神经系统里高度表达的层状蛋白,通过与其受体结合参与中枢神经系统的发育及血管形成、炎症反应等过程。本文就近年来NT-1在神经系统疾病、心血管疾病、糖尿病并发症的治疗及肿瘤的发生发展中作用的研究进行了综述,以期为相关疾病治疗提供新思路。

Netrin-1(NT-1)is a kind of laminin highly expressed in nervous system.It participates in the growth of the central nervous system,angiogenesis and inflammation etc.by binding with its receptors.The present article made a review on related researches about role of NT-1 in the treatment of nervous system diseases,cardiovascular diseases and diabetes complications and occurrence and development of tumor in recent years,aiming at providing new thinking for the treatment of related diseases.
