脂噬在非酒精性脂肪性肝病中的调控作用 被引量:9

摘要 通过溶酶体自噬途径选择性降解脂滴的过程被称为脂噬。脂噬过程会受到基因、转录因子、酶等多种因素的直接或间接调节作用。肝脏是人体脂肪酸的主要加工场所。因此,肝脏出现功能障碍会导致脂肪的代谢异常,非酒精性脂肪性肝病就是其中的典型事例。非酒精性脂肪肝病包括单纯性非酒精性脂肪肝和非酒精性脂肪性肝炎,后者还涵盖了肝纤维化,可进一步发展为肝硬化和肝细胞癌。越来越多的研究表明,脂噬在非酒精性脂肪肝病中发挥了重要调节作用。本文主要综述了脂噬在非酒精性脂肪性肝病进展中的调节机制,为非酒精性脂肪性肝病的防治提供新的思路。 The selective degradation of lipid droplets through lysosomal autophagy is called lipophagy,which is directly or indirectly regulated by genes,transcription factors,enzymes and other factors.Liver is the main processing station of fatty acids.Therefore,liver dysfunction leads to abnormal liver lipid content.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease is one of the typical cases.Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease includes nonalcoholic fatty liver and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis,which includes liver fibrosis,and further progressing to cirrhosis,and hepatocellular carcinoma.More and more studies have confirmed that lipophagy played an important role in the progress of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.This review summarized the signal pathway of lipophagy in the progress of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and it provided new ideas for the prevention and treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
