摘要
环状RNAs(circular RNAs,circRNAs)是一种内源性非编码RNAs,结构呈闭合环状,不易被核酸外切酶切割,能够稳定存在于所有真核细胞和病毒基因组中。已有研究表明,circRNAs能够诱导天然免疫相关基因的表达,参与宿主抗病毒免疫应答,保护宿主免受病毒感染。此外,宿主抗病毒免疫相关因子(如NF90/NF110)通过调控circRNAs的形成,进而发挥抗病毒功能。因此,本文总结了circRNAs的特征、作用机制及其生物学功能,并重点讨论其在宿主抗病毒免疫中的作用,旨在为病毒与宿主互作机制提供新的研究方向。
Circular RNAs(circRNAs)are a kind of endogenous noncoding RNAs,with closed loop structure that is not easily cleaved by exonuclease,and they can be stably present in all eukaryotic cells and viral genomes.Previous studies have shown that circRNAs can induce the expression of antiviral genes,which is participated in the host antiviral immune responses and protected the host from virus infections.In addition,the host antiviral immune related factors(such as NF90/NF110)participate in the antiviral immune response through promoting circRNA biogenesis.This review summarized the characteristics,mechanisms and biological functions of circRNAs,and focused on the roles of circRNAs in host defense against viral infection,which is expected to provide a new research directions for the mechanism of virus-host interactions.
