硫辛酸抗肿瘤机制的研究进展

Advances in research on anti-tumor mechanism of lipoic acid

硫辛酸是一种具有很强抗氧化活性的含硫抗氧化剂。此前对硫辛酸在糖尿病、缺血再灌注损伤及阿尔茨海默氏病等方面均有相关研究。近年来,越来越多的研究表明,硫辛酸通过多种机制发挥抗肿瘤作用。如抑制肿瘤细胞增殖,通过对线粒体功能的影响发挥抗肿瘤的作用等。本文对硫辛酸的抗肿瘤机制进行了综述,旨在为探索硫辛酸的基础研究和临床应用提供新的思路。

Lipoic acid is a sulfur-containing antioxidant with strong antioxidant activity.Previous studies have been conducted on lipoic acid in diabetes,ischemia-reperfusion injury,and Alzheimer’s disease.In recent years,more and more studies have shown that lipoic acid exerts anti-tumor effects through various mechanisms.For example inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and exert anti-tumor effect through the influence on mitochondrial function.This review summarized the antitumor mechanism of lipoic acid and provides new ideas for exploring the basic research and clinical application of lipoic acid.
