声动力疗法抗动脉粥样硬化的作用机制

The mechanism of sonodynamic therapy against atherosclerosis

摘要 动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)是一种慢性炎症性血管疾病,是冠心病、脑梗死、外周血管病等的主要原因,严重威胁着人类健康。AS目前已有多种治疗方式,包括改变生活方式、药物、手术治疗等,但死亡率仍然较高。声动力治疗(sonodynamic therapy,SDT)是一种组织穿透疗法,声敏剂可以预先累积在特定的位置,低强度的超声激活声敏剂可产生局部毒性作用,进而达到治疗目的。本文对有关SDT治疗AS的机制进行综述,介绍了多种现有可治疗AS的声敏剂,并总结了其机理。 Atherosclerosis(AS)is a chronic inflammatory vascular disease,which is the main cause of coronary heart disease,cerebral infarction,peripheral vascular disease and so on,seriously threatens human health.There are many treatments,including lifestyle changing,drugs and surgical treatments,but the mortality is still high.Sonodynamic therapy(SDT)is a tissue penetration therapy,sonosensitizer can accumulate in the specific position in advance,low intensity ultrasound activates sonosensitizer which produces toxicity in order to achieve the purpose of treatment.In this paper,the mechanisms of AS by SDT are reviewed,the existing sonosensitizers for the treatment of AS are summarized.
