Optimization of the Synthetic Process for Methyl Silicone Resin

摘要 采用浓酸水解、无水碳酸氢钠中和的方法,对甲基硅树脂原有合成工艺进行了一系列优化,提高了产品性能。经工艺优化后的甲基硅树脂外观无色透明,胶化时间大于1 h,氯质量分数低于100 mg/kg,贮存期大于一年,应用于云母板时不出现黄斑。 The synthesis process of methylsilicone resin was optimized by hydrolysis of concentrated acid and neutralization of anhydrous sodium bicarbonate.The performance of the product was improved,and the consumption of raw materials and energy was reduced.Results show that the optimized methyl silicone resin has transparent appearance,and its gelatinization time is more than 1 h,chlorine content is less than 100 mg/kg,thus the storage period of the resin is more than one year,and no macula appears when applied on mica board.
