摘要 提出了电网环保生态大数据平台的主体功能构架,从电网环保全过程管理的角度,围绕提高环保监督效果和工作效率的需求,为平台设计了生态红线监控管理、电网环保应用管理、环境监测管理、噪声监测管理、水保空地一体监测和系统管理六大模块,对多个关键数据与指标进行动态监测和资源管理,并对大数据平台建设中涉及到的数据存储、数据挖掘以及可视化人工交互技术进行了研究与探索。电网环保大数据平台的功能构架探讨,可为大数据在该领域的应用以及电网项目环保管理高质量运行与决策提供有益参考。 This paper proposes the main functional framework of the grid environmental protection and ecological big data platform is proposed.From the viewpoint of the whole process management and focusing on the demand of improving the environmental supervision effect and working efficiency,six modules incorporating ecological red line monitoring management,grid environmental protection application management,environmental monitoring management,noise monitoring management,integrated monitoring and system management are designed.Some key data and indicators are dynamically monitored and managed.Furthermore,the data storage,data mining and visual human interaction technologies involved in the construction of the platform are studied and explored.The discussion on the functional framework of the grid environmental protection big data platform could provide useful reference for the application of big data in this field and for the high-quality operation and decision-making of the grid project environmental protection management.
