新型自制预防病毒传播便携式超声机装置的结构与使用 被引量:1

摘要 为创建一种新型便携式超声机外置感控保护装置,方便方舱医院的使用,使用无线超声探头、华为平板显示器、食品保鲜膜、医用胶布及文具袋,结合《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案》中医务人员穿脱防护用品流程,进行自制便携超声机。结果表明,本自制便携超声机可以带入方舱医院重复使用,并能完成对患者的超声检查,使用过程中能避免病毒的交叉感染。该装置对患者的超声检查具有成本低廉、可行性强、安全性高、成像效果佳等优点,在预防传染病的工作中可推广使用。 For the purpose of creating a new portable ultrasonic machine sensing device to facilitate the use of square cabin hospitals,a self-made portable ultrasonic protective machine was carried out using wireless ultrasonic probe,Huawei flat panel display,food preservation film,medical tape and stationery bag,combined with the medical personnel wearing protective equipment flow in the new coronavirus infection pneumonia diagnosis and treatment plan.The results show that this self-made portable ultrasound machine can be brought into the square cabin hospital for reuse,and can complete the ultrasound examination of patients,and the cross-infection of the virus can be avoided during the use.The device has the advantages of low cost,strong feasibility,high safety and good imaging effect,and can be popularized in the prevention of infectious diseases.
