摘要
铜矿物从地质学角度来说大体可以分为氧化铜矿以及硫化铜矿两种类型,硫化铜分布十分广泛,蕴藏丰富,故以硫化铜矿物为主要的炼铜矿物。硫化铜矿的炼制工艺中,闪速熔炼则是较为先进和主流的方法。而闪速熔炼精矿喷嘴是闪速熔炼系统中的重要组成部分,主要作用是将铜精矿、熔剂、燃料甚至空气喷入闪速熔炼反应炉中进行快速反应,因此,喷嘴性能好坏将直接影响到闪练的进程。传统的奥拓昆普精矿喷嘴容易产生物料偏析问题,因此本文对精矿喷嘴进行了改进,并有效解决了物料偏析问题。
From the geological point of view,copper minerals can be roughly divided into two types:copper oxide and copper sulfide.Copper sulfide is widely distributed and rich,so copper sulfide is the main copper smelting mineral.In the smelting process of copper sulfide ore,flash smelting is an advanced and mainstream method.The flash smelting concentrate nozzle is an important part of the flash smelting system.Its main function is to spray copper concentrate,flux,fuel and even air into the flash smelting reaction furnace for rapid reaction.Therefore,the performance of the nozzle will directly affect the process of flash smelting.The traditional Otto kunpu concentrate nozzle is easy to produce material segregation,so this paper improves the concentrate nozzle and effectively solves the material segregation problem.
