摘要
冷轧机是在铜板生产中不可或缺的机器设备,而高精度铜板冷轧机对于提高铜板产品质量具有无可比拟的优势。以20辊冷轧机为例,它可以生产薄板带材,是铜板生产的重要轧机型号。高精度冷轧机能够轧制出厚度更薄、更均一的高精度铜板板材。目前,对于高精度冷轧机的本文针对高精度冷轧机的压扁变形进行有限元建模分析,研究板材轧制过程中的弹塑性,为冷轧机辊间的应力形变的研究提供参考依据。
Cold rolling mill is an indispensable equipment in copper plate production,and high-precision copper plate cold rolling mill has incomparable advantages for improving the quality of copper plate products.Taking 20 high cold rolling mill as an example,it can produce sheet and strip,and is an important rolling mill model for copper plate production.The high precision cold mill can roll out a thinner and more uniform high precision copper plate.At present,this paper conducts finite element modeling and analysis on the flattening deformation of high-precision cold rolling mill,and studies the elastoplastic behavior of plate rolling process,so as to provide reference for the research on the stress and deformation between the rolls of cold rolling mill.
