随着经济的迅速发展和科技进步,企业产值和利润是企业生产经营的重中之重。装备连续稳定高效运行是保障企业经营目标的基本要求。在设备抢修检修当中,如何确保用最短的时间完成任务恢复生产,是设备管理人员的重要职责。但是在实际生产中,由于抢修检修方案措施不完善,造成的生产停滞现象屡见不鲜,严重影响企业产品产量和产值。文章针对选矿球磨机抢修当中,采取现有滚动轴承端盖与滑动轴承端盖并存共用的方案,在最短时间内解决了球磨机空心轴断轴停产事故问题,恢复了正常生产,为企业挽回了20多天的停产损失,以期对小型选矿系统设备抢修与检修具有指导和借鉴意义。

With the rapid development of economy and the progress of science and technology,the output value and profit of enterprises are the most important in the production and management of enterprises.The continuous,stable and efficient operation of equipment is the basic requirement to ensure the business objectives of enterprises.In the process of equipment repair and repair,how to ensure the shortest time to complete the task and resume production is an important responsibility of equipment management personnel.However,in the actual production,due to the imperfect repair plan and measures,the production stagnation phenomenon is common,which seriously affects the output and output value of enterprise products.Aiming at the emergency repair of mineral processing ball mill,taking the existing rolling bearing end cover and sliding bearing end cover coexisting and sharing,the paper solves the problem of the ball mill hollow shaft broken shaft stop production in the shortest time,restores the normal production,and recovers more than 20 days'shutdown loss for the enterprise,so as to provide guidance and reference for the emergency repair and repair of small-scale mineral processing system equipment.
