摘要
为降低锚喷支护成本,达到巷道长期安全稳定,以喷浆厚度为研究对象,开展某铅锌矿山喷浆厚度数值模拟研究,表明:喷浆厚度从60mm增加到90mm时巷道移近量、塑性区面积呈递减趋势,当喷层厚度90mm增加到100mm时,巷道移近量、塑性区面积反而增加。通过成本与支护效果对比分析,推荐出该矿山最优喷浆厚度为80mm,为矿山巷道支护提供了理论支撑。
In order to reduce the cost of anchor shotcrete support and achieve long-term safety and stability of the tunnel,the shotcrete thickness is taken as the research object to carry out a numerical simulation study on the shotcrete thickness of a lead-zinc mine.The results show that when the shotcrete thickness increases from 60mm to 90mm,the roadway proximity and plastic zone area show a decreasing trend;when the shotcrete thickness increases from 90mm to 100mm,the roadway proximity and plastic zone area increase instead.Through the comparative analysis of cost and support effect,the optimal shotcrete thickness of the mine was recommended as 80mm,which provided theoretical support for roadway support in mine.
