In order to better promote the safety of mine tunneling construction and ensure the quality and efficiency of mine tunneling construction,relevant units and departments should adopt the new means of process management for management.This kind of management mode can effectively guarantee the work of mine excavation.This paper discusses the meaning of process management,and then elaborates the advantages of process management over traditional management,so as to put forward the countermeasures to ensure the safety of mine excavation management.
