本文针对大型隔膜泵动力端和液力端关键部位的安装与拆卸,介绍了几种液压式专用工具的设计方案、技术细节和使用方法,为同类型液压式拆装工具的设计和研发提供了设计依据,具有一定的实践指导意义。

Aiming at the installation and disassembly of key parts of power end and hydraulic end of large diaphragm pump,this paper introduces the design scheme,technical details and use methods of several hydraulic special tools,which provides design basis for the design and development of the same type of hydraulic disassembly and assembly tools,and has certain practical guiding significance.
