赤拟谷盗对4种小麦粉挥发物成分的趋向选择行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫感受全麦粉气味后对小麦粉4种挥发物成分的趋向选择行为。结果表明,赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫感受不同时间全麦粉气味后,对正己醇、柠檬烯、十四烷和壬醛的趋向选择行为有显著差别。其中正己醇表现出显著的引诱作用,成虫和幼虫对正己醇的最高选择系数分别为75.0%和76.6%;柠檬烯仅对未感受全麦粉气味的成虫有引诱作用;十四烷和壬醛则表现出较强的驱避作用,其中成虫和幼虫对十四烷的最高选择系数分别为-75.0%和-66.6%,对壬醛的最高选择系数分别为-68.3%和-63.3%。表明赤拟谷盗成虫和幼虫的气味经历可以影响对不同挥发物的选择行为。 The orientation behavior response of the Tribolium castaneum adults and larvae to the four volatile components of wheat flour was studied after they were exposed to the smell of whole wheat flour.The results showed that the adults and larvae of T.castaneum had significant differences in the orientation behavior response to the selected n-hexanol,limonene,tetradecane and nonaldehyde when they were exposed to the smell of whole wheat flour for different periods.Among them,N-hexanol showed a significant attractant effect,and the highest selection coefficients of n-hexanol for adults and larvae were 75.0%and 76.6%,respectively.Limonene was only attractive to adults who did not perceive the smell of whole wheat flour.Tetradecane and nonaldehyde showed strong repellent effect,and the highest selection coefficients of adults and larvae were-75.0%and-66.6%for tetradecane,respectively,and-68.3%and-63.3%for nonaldehyde,respectively.The results indicated that the odor experience of T.castaneum adults and larvae could influence the selection behavior of them to different volatiles.
