摘要
在构建绿色发展评价指标体系的基础上,采用熵权TOPSIS模型和障碍度模型,分析了河南省各省辖市2013—2017年绿色发展综合水平、空间演化特征和主要障碍因子。结果表明,河南省绿色发展呈现出西北高东南低的态势,济源、郑州、洛阳、许昌、三门峡5个省辖市为相对高水平或较高水平,商丘和周口为相对低水平,大部分省辖市为相对较低水平;相对较低水平省辖市数量有增多的趋势,各省辖市绿色发展水平差距在逐步缩小,绿色发展子系统空间分布和演化趋势差异显著,5大区域各具优势和劣势,总体上河南省绿色发展还有很大的提升空间;河南省存在具有普遍影响的障碍因子,研究与试验发展经费支出占GDP比重是最重要的障碍因子。
On the basis of building green development evaluation index system,this paper analyzed the comprehensive level,spatial evolution characteristics and main obstacle factors of green development in Henan Province from 2013 to 2017 by using entropy weight TOPSIS Model and obstacle degree model.The results showed that:the green development in Henan Province was higher in the northwest and lower in the southeast.Jiyuan,Zhengzhou,Luoyang,Xuchang and Sanmenxia were at relatively high level or higher level,Shangqiu and Zhoukou were at relatively low level,and most cities were at relatively lower level;the number of relatively lower level cities had an increasing trend,and the gap of green development level among cities was gradually narrowing.There were significant differences in spatial distribution and evolution trend of the green development subsystem.Five regions in Henan Province had their own advantages and disadvantages.On the whole,there was still a lot of room for improvement in the green development of Henan Province.There were obstacle factors with universal influence in Henan Province,and the proportion of R&D expenditure in GDP was the most important obstacle factor.
