基于压缩机制冷量试验装置的压缩机制热量测试方法

Method of heating capacity test for compressor based on cooling capacity test device for compressor

GB/T18429和GB/T10079这2个压缩机标准在2018年和2019年相继实施,标准中均提出压缩机制热量的概念,但目前国内企业试验室软件绝大多数未进行更新,无法进行压缩机制热量测试,本文以第二制冷剂量热器法和制冷剂液体流量计法为例,为企业在压缩机制冷量试验装置上进行制热量测试提供指导,以满足紧急测试需求。

GB/T18429 and GB/T10079 compressor standards are carried out in succession in 2018 and 2019,in which the concept of compressor heating capacity is put forward.But most of the current domestic enterprises have not updated the lab softwares,so that the heating capacity tests of compressor cannot be conducted.Taking the secondary refrigerant calorimeter and refrigerant liquid flow meter method as example,it’s aimed at providing guidance for enterprises to conduct the heating capacity test on the cooling capacity test device,so as to satisfy the emergency test requirements.
