摘要
为了在不同冷负荷下合理分配蓄冰/释冰量和制冷机组运行时间,提出一种基于负荷预测的冰蓄冷空调系统的优化运行策略,使用ELM算法建立负荷预测模型,根据该负荷预测值系统自动制定优化运行策略。将该优化运行策略应用于西安咸阳国际机场4号制冷站冰蓄冷系统,控制制冷机组运行和蓄冰装置的冷量分配。经实际运行数据对比验证,基于该模型的负荷预测值与实际运行值匹配度达到85%,应用优化运行策略之后系统运行成本降低6.11%。
In order to distribute cold storage/discharge capacity and the running time of refrigeration unit under various cooling loads reasonably,an optimal operation strategy based on load prediction for ice storage air-conditioning system is put forward.The load prediction model is set up using ELM algorithm,and the system formulates the optimal operation strategy automatically according to the load prediction values.The optimal operation strategy is applied to the ice storage system of No.4 refrigeration station of Xi’an Xianyang International Airport to control the operation of refrigeration unit and distribute the cooling capacity of ice storage units.Through the comparison and verification of the actual operation data,it shows that the matching degree between the load prediction values based on the model and the actual operation values is 85%,and the system operation cost is reduced by 6.11%after the application of operation strategy.
