头颅CT混合征对立体定向微创穿刺术治疗脑出血预后的影响

Effects of CT Blend sign on the prognosis of patients with ICH underwent stereotactic minimally invasive surgery

目的:观察头颅CT混合征对立体定向微创穿刺技术治疗脑出血患者预后的影响。方法:连续纳人脑出血患者295例,分为混合征组和对照组.两组患者均接受立体定向微创颅内血肿穿刺引流术,搜集患者一般资料及出院时改良Rink量表(mRS)评分,将患者mRS≤3分定为预后良好,mRS>3分定为预后不良,应用卡方检验及Logistic回归分析判断混合征预测微创术后脑出血预后不良的价值。结果:混合征组和对照组一.般资料比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。混合征组患者预后较对照组差,两组患者MRS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),多因素回归分析结果显示混合征、血肿量、人院格拉斯哥昏迷评估量表(GCS)评分是影响脑出血患者立体定向微创术后预后的独立预测因素。结论:混合征是立体定向微创手术治疗脑出血的不良预后。

Oletive:To observe the CT blend sign on the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage underwent stereotactic minimally invasive surgery.Methods:295 patients with intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into blend sign group and control group.All patients un-derwent stereotactic minimally invasive sugery.The general data of patients and MRS scores at dis-charge were ollected.The prognosis of patients with mRS-<3 was good.and the prognosis of patients with mRS>3 was bad.Chi square test and logistic regression analysis were used to evaluate the value of mixed signs in predicting the poor prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage after minimally invasive surgery.Result:There was no significant difference in general data between the blend sign group and the control group(P>0.05).The prognosis of the blend sign group was worse than that of the control group,there were significant differences in mRS scores between the two groups.It was showed that Blend sign,hematoma volume and admission GCS score were independent predictors of the prognosis of patients with intracerebral hemorrhage after stereotactic minimally invasive surgery by multivariate re-gression analysis.Conclusion:Blend sign can predict poor outcomes of patients with intracerebral hem-orrhage which underwent stereotactic minimally invasive surgery.
