拉考沙胺治疗脑肿瘤相关癫痫患者的脑电图分析

The effect of Lacosamide on EEG after treatment of brain tumor-related epilepsy

目的:研究新型抗癫痫药物拉考沙胺在脑肿瘤相关癫痫(BTRE)患者治疗后对背景脑电图活动的影响。方法:收集门诊14例脑肿瘤伴有癫痫的患者,采用拉考沙胺治疗前和治疗4个月后行脑电图监测,使用脑电图背景的频段定量分析,明确抗考沙胺是否对脑电图背景产生影响。结果:14例患者中有8例退出(3例因肿瘤进展退出,5例依从性差退出),共6例完成了试验。最终人选的6例患者在首次就诊时和拉考沙胺治疗4个月后进行脑电图背景活动的定量分析。拉考沙胺在6例患者脑电图背景分析平均相对功率无明显变化,仅仅在过度换气时θ频段有显著增加。结论:这些发现表明拉考沙胺似乎对脑电图背景活动无明显影响,研究发现拉考沙胺对脑肿瘤相关癫痫患者的癫病发作控制有一定的疗效。但本研究样本量小,尚须扩大样本进一步研究。

Objective:To study the possible effct of the new antiepileptic drugs(AEDs)laco-samide on EEG after treatment of brain tumor related epilepsy.Methods:EEG monitoring was carried out in 6 patients with brain tumor related epilepsy(BTRE)before and after treatment for 4 months,and quantitative analysis of EEG background was used to determine whether the effect of Lacosamide on EEG existed.Results:To enrolled 14 patients with BTRE in a row.including 3 cases who with-drew due to tumor progression.5 cases who withdrew due to poor compliance,and 6 cases finally completed the experiment.All the selected 6 patients were involved in the quantitative analysis from the first diagnosis to the Lacosamide treatment for 4 months before the background activities of EEG.There was no significant change in the average relative power of Lacosamide in hyperventilation.Con-clusion:Despite the small sample size of the study,these findings suggest that Lacosamide seems to have no significant effect on EEG background activity.and confirm that Lacosamide has a better effect on epilepsy control in patients with BTRE.
