摘要
中药活性成分不仅是中医药发挥临床疗效的活性物质,还是现代创新药物开发的源泉,在医药领域具有广泛的应用价值。高伟教授团队致力于克隆鉴定中药活性成分生物合成途径上关键酶基因,解析其生物合成途径,并利用合成生物学方法人工重建代谢途径,构建细胞工厂发酵生产和改造活性成分。这一极具潜力的研究策略和创新型生产模式,在减少自然资源依赖、维护环境友好和实现大规模生产等方面具有重大科学价值。
The active natural products of traditional Chinese medicine are not only the active molecules that exert clinical curative effects,but also the source of developing modern innovative medicines.Professor Gao Wei's laboratory dedicates in cloning and identifying key enzymes in the biosynthetic pathway of active natural products,analyzing their biosynthetic pathways and applying synthetic biology methods to construct cell factories to produce or modify the active natural products.The promising research strategy and innovative production model have important scientific value for reducing dependence on natural resources,protecting natural environment and achieving large-scale production.
