王宁利教授是北京学者,入选国家高层次人才(万人计划)、国际眼科科学院院士。长期致力于全球首位不可逆致盲眼病青光眼的防治研究,领导并承担多项国内外重大防盲工程和任务,在大家的共同努力下,使我国眼病总致盲率降低了27%,并通过加强国际合作分享中国的成果。

Professor Wang Ningli is Beijing Scholar and a member of the National High-level Talents Program and an academician of the International Institute of Ophthalmology.He leads research programs and projects in large-scale eye studies,which have resulted in the decreased blindness rate by 27%.He also advances international cooperation to promote the application of the achievements in the research.
