创伤性脑损伤后认知功能障碍的研究进展

Research progress of cognitive impairment after traumatic brain injury

创伤性脑损伤(TBI)是全世界非老年人死亡和残疾的主要原因之一,除死亡和残疾外,TBI后患者思维、记忆、性格、行为都会受到不同程度的影响,给社会和家庭造成了极大的负担。近年来,国内外对TBI后认知功能障碍研究较多,各种基础与临床研究的报道层出不穷。本文从TBI后认知功能障碍的诊断、发生机制以及治疗等各方面对目前这一领域的研究进行综述。

Traumatic brain injury(TBI)is one of the main causes of death and disability in non-elderly people all over the world.In addition to death and disability,the thinking,memory,personality and behavior of patients with TBI will be changed or affected to varying degrees,which causes great burden to society and family.In recent years,there have been many studies on cognitive impairment after TBI.Various basic and clinical studies have been published.This article reviews the current research in this field from the aspects of diagnosis,pathogenesis and treatment of cognitive impairment after TBI.
