“三全育人”视域下高校班主任育人角色的实现路径探究

Research on the Realization Path of the Role of College Classadvisers Based on the Idea of“Three All Education”

高校班主任肩负着教书育人、管理育人、服务育人的职责.他们以班级为载体,着力培养学生的专业知识和道德品质,关切学生的成长与成才,是高校学生管理工作队伍的中坚力量,是高等学校从事思想政治教育工作的重要骨干.但在实际管理工作中,内生驱动力不足和组织支持力度不够等因素影响了班主任参与学生事务管理的主动性和实效性.根据高校班主任参与学生事务管理的应然取向和实然状态,优化高校班主任工作的路径有:厘清角色认知,增强角色认同感;提高班主任师能,促进其专业化发展;完善评价、激励机制,健全制度保障;构建育人实践共同体,提高协同育人实效.

In the context of the new era of cultivating virtues and appreciating the virtues of the Ming Dynasty,everyteacher must have a sense of education and responsibility.The college class advisers shoulder the responsibilities of teaching and educating,managing and serving,and they use the class as the carrier to focus on cultivating the professional knowledge and moral qualities of the students.They are concerned with the growth and success of the students and are the backbone of the university student management team.It is responsiable for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.But due to the lack of endogenous driving force and insufficient organizational support and other factors,the initiative of the college class advisers’participation in student affairs management is not sufficient.Through the analysis of its orientation and reality,this paper proposes to clarify the role cognition and enhance the role identity,to raise college class advisers’ethics and promote professional development;to improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism,to construct a practical community of education and strengthen the effectiveness of collaborative education,so as to meet the requirements of the era of“Three All Education”.
