吉木萨尔致密储层压裂多缝干扰产能分析 被引量:5

摘要 针对吉木萨尔区块致密油薄互层储层的细分切割多簇压裂改造工艺措施,使用斯伦贝谢地质工程一体化软件Mangrove进行了缝间干扰压裂模拟,探究了在两种不同工况条件下簇间距、单段射孔簇数及加砂强度对裂缝发育形态、储层改造效率、裂缝规模和施工压力的影响,并对各种施工方式的经济性进行了对比评价。研究发现,簇间距是影响缝间干扰的主要因素,单段射孔簇数的影响较弱。缝间干扰越严重,裂缝形态越复杂,施工压力越高,储层整体改造效果越好,但也有出现裂缝无法起裂的情况,具体施工设计要依据现场实际情况调整。 Aiming at the subdivision cutting and multi-cluster fracturing transformation of tight oil thin interbedded reservoir in Jimusar Block,Xinjiang,NW China,a simulation of interfracture interference fracturing was carried out using Schlumberger Mangrove,a set of geological engineering integration software.The effects of cluster spacing,single perforation cluster number and sand strength on fracture development form,reservoir reconstruction efficiency,fracture scale,and operation pressure under two different working conditions were investigated.The economy of various construction methods was compared and evaluated.It is found that cluster spacing is the main factor affecting the fracture interference,and the influence of single perforation cluster number is weak.Results show that the more serious the interference among fractures is,the more complex the fracture form,the higher the operation pressure was needed,and the better the overall reservoir reconstruction effect is.However,there are also cases where the fractures can not be cracked.The specific operation design shall be adjusted according to the actual situation on site.In the future,the operation design should be adjusted more specifically according to the actual situation.
