摘要
大多数乘客下飞机后要去市区或周边目的地,出租车则是其选择的主要交通工具之一.以长沙黄花国际机场为例,从出租车司机收益最大化的角度建立了决策模型并用Pearson相关性分析法对其进行了验证,基于排队论的方法利用VISSIM软件进行仿真模拟,优化了上车点位置,制定了相关补偿短途载客出租车的政策,即对短途载客再次返回的出租车给予一定的优先权,设立短途再次返回车辆快速通道,基于动态规划思想针对快速通道所应优先缩短的时间进行了详细的计算分析,给出了合理的设计.
Most of the passengers need to go to the city or the surrounding destinations after getting off the plane.Taxi is one of the main means of transportation.Taking Changsha Huanghua International Airport as an example,the decision-making model is established from the perspective of maximizing the taxi driver's income and verified by Pearson's correlation analysis method.Based on queuing theory,VISSIM software is used to simulate and optimize the position of loading point,and the relevant compensation policy for short-distance passenger carrying taxis is formulated,that is to say,to give a certain amount to the taxis that return once again.Based on the idea of dynamic planning,this paper makes a detailed calculation and analysis of the priority time of the fast track,and makes the most reasonable design.
