民用飞机防差错复查方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 目前,大多数的航空事故是由于飞机差错而发生,由此造成了重大损失,因此开展防差错的研究迫在眉睫。防差错设计是飞机设计的重要部分。对飞机研制过程中的防差错设计进行了研究,说明了防差错设计的必要性,提出了5个方面的防差错措施,包括物理措施、连接措施、标识措施、工艺措施和检验措施,并详细介绍了防差错复查方法和流程,对减少差错发生、提升飞机设计质量具有一定的指导意义。 At present,most aviation accidents are caused by aircraft errors,which cause major loss.Therefore,it is very necessary to conduct error-proofing research.Error-proofing design is an important part of aircraft design.This paper studies on error-proofing design which are taken during the development of the aircraft,emphasizes the need for error-proofing design,and presents five aspects of error-proofing measures,including physical measures,connection measures,identification measures,process measures,inspection measures.The error-proofing review method and process were introduced in detail,which provide an useful guidance for reducing the occurrence of errors and improving the quality of aircraft design.
