基于柯布-道格拉斯函数的农业信息化对第一产业发展的贡献度研究

Contribution Degree of Agricultural Informatization to Development of Primary Industry Based on Cobb-Douglas Function

目的第一产业是国民经济发展的基础,不同投入要素对第一产业总产值增加具有不同贡献程度。方法以山东省为例,依据柯布-道格拉斯生产函数确定影响第一产业总产值的各项投入要素,使用最小二乘法进行回归分析,计算各项投入要素对第一产业发展的贡献率。结果农业信息化对第一产业总产值增加具有显著的促进作用,对第一产业总产值增加的贡献率为68.33%。各项投入要素对第一产业总产值增加的贡献率由大到小排序分别为农业信息化投资、第一产业劳动力、农业机械总动力、农户投资和农用化肥施用量。结论依据分析,提出促进第一产业总产量增长的4点建议:发挥政府主导地位,加大农业信息化投资;加强农业信息化人才培养,壮大农业信息化队伍力量;持续优化产业结构,构建现代产业体系;科学合理使用农药,助力构建绿水青山。

Objective The primary industry is the foundation of the national economic development,and different input factors have different degrees of contribution to the increase in the total output value of the primary industry.Methods In this study,Shandong Province was used as an example.According to the Cobb-Douglas production function,the input factors affecting the total output value of the primary industry were determined.The least squares method was used to perform regression analysis to calculate the contribution rate of each input element to the development of the primary industry.Results Agricultural informatization had a significant promotion effect on the increase of the total output value of the primary industry.The contribution rate of agricultural informatization to the increase of the total output value of the primary industry was 68.33%.The contribution rates of various input factors to the increase in the total output value of the primary industry were ranked from large to small:investment in agricultural informatization,labor in the first industry,total power of agricultural machinery,investment by farmers,and application of agricultural fertilizer.Conclusion According to the analysis,four suggestions for promoting the growth of the total output of the primary industry are put forward:giving play to the government's leading position and increasing investment in agricultural informatization;strengthening the training of agricultural informatization talents and increasing the strength of the agricultural informatization team;continually optimizing the industrial structure and building a modern industry system;and scientifically using pesticides to help build green water and green mountains.
