结肠癌组织中SATB1、FN1、COL1A2蛋白表达变化及意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨结肠癌组织中特异AT序列结合蛋白1(SATB1)、纤维连接蛋白1(FN1)、Ⅰ型胶原蛋白α2链(COL1A2)蛋白的表达变化及意义。方法选择83例结肠癌组织及癌旁正常组织(距肿瘤边缘>5 cm),用免疫组化SP法检测组织中SATB1、FN1、COL1A2蛋白表达,并分析三种蛋白阳性表达与患者临床病理特征的关系,用Spearman相关法分析三者之间的关系。结果结肠癌组织中SATB1、FN1、COL1A2蛋白阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常组织(P均<0.05)。结肠癌组织SATB1、FN1与COL1A2蛋白阳性表达与肿瘤TNM分期、组织分化程度及淋巴结转移有关(P均<0.05),与患者年龄、性别及肿瘤直径无关(P均>0.05)。结肠癌组织中SATB1蛋白表达与FN1、COL1A2蛋白表达呈正相关(r分别为0.584、0.657,P均<0.001),FN1蛋白表达与COL1A2蛋白表达无相关性(r=0.212,P=0.605)。结论SATB1、FN1、COL1A2蛋白在结肠癌组织中呈高表达,三者共同参与肿瘤的发生发展。 Objective To explore the expression changes and significance of special AT-rich sequence binding protein 1(SATB1),fibronectin 1(FN1),and collagen type Iα2 chain(COL1A2)in the colon cancer tissues.Methods Eighty-three cases of colon cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues(>5 cm from the edge of the tumor)were selected,immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect SATB1,FN1,and COL1A2 protein expression,and the relationship between positive expression of the three proteins and the clinicopathological characteristics of the patients was analyzed.Spearman correlation method was used to analyze the relationship among the three.Results The positive expression rates of SATB1,FN1,and COL1A2 in the colon cancer tissues were higher than those in the adjacent normal tissues(all P<0.05).The positive expression levels of SATB1,FN1,and COL1A2 protein in the colon cancer tissues were related to the TNM stage,differentiation degree,and lymph node metastasis(all P<0.05),but not to the patients′age,gender and tumor diameter(all P>0.05).The expression of SATB1 in the colon cancer tissues was positively correlated with the expression of FN1 and COL1A2(r=0.584,0.657,both P<0.05).Conclusion SATB1,FN1,and COL1A2 proteins are highly expressed in the colon cancer tissues,and they are synergistically involved in the occurrence and development of tumors.
