摘要
为确保河流治理工程具有合理规模和较高防洪能力,保障河道行洪安全,必须准确掌握河流水文情势。文章以赫章县野马川河河道治理工程为例,在考虑上游拟建中型水库野马川水库参与洪水控泄的条件下,对下游治理河段设计洪水的组合计算进行了论证分析。结果表明:当上游水库调节性能较好、集水面积占下游控制断面比例高时,上游水库洪水控泄对下游治理工程洪水的影响较大。“区间同频、水库相应”的洪水组合分析方法,能较好地反映野马川水库下游河流水文情势变化,计算成果更加安全、合理。
It is necessary to accurately grasp the hydrological regime of the river in order to ensure that the river management project has reasonable scale and high flood control ability and ensure the river flood safety.The riverway treatment project of Yemachuan River in Hezhang County is adopted as an example in the paper,and it is proposed to construct a medium reservoir-Yemachuan Reservoir to participate in flood discharge control on the upper reaches.The combination calculation of design flood in the lower governance river section is theoretically analyzed.The results show that when the upstream reservoir has better regulating performance and the catchment area occupies a higher proportion of the downstream control section,the upstream reservoir flood control and discharge have a greater impact on the downstream treatment project flood.The flood combination analysis method of“interval same frequency and reservoir match”can reflect the hydrological regime change of the lower reaches of the reservoir well,and the calculated results are safer and more reasonable.
