摘要
针对复杂地质条件下排水工程桩基施工出现塌孔、缩孔以及成孔稳定性差等问题,研究复杂地质条件下建筑排水工程全钢护筒旋挖桩成孔技术。以上海洋山海港新建排水工程集装箱码头项目为研究对象,主要通过复杂地质条件下测量放线、振沉钢护筒、旋挖成孔、旋挖桩施工、混凝土灌注等过程,完成建筑排水工程全钢护筒旋挖桩成孔。实例研究说明,该技术能有效提高全钢护筒旋挖桩成孔质量。
The hole forming technology of all steel pile casting rotating-digging pile for drainage engineering under complex geological conditions is studied in order to solve the problems of hole collapse,shrinkage cavity and poor stability of hole forming for drainage project pile foundation construction under complicated geological conditions.the container terminal project of the newly-built drainage project in Shanghai Yangshan Port is adopted as the research object.The hole forming of all steel pile casing rotating-digging piles in building drainage project is completed mainly through the following projects under complicated geological conditions,such as surveying and setting out,vibration sinking of steel pile casings,rotary drilling,rotating-digging pile construction,concrete filling,etc.A case study shows that the technology can effectively improve the quality of all steel pile casing rotating-digging pile hole forming.
