摘要
针对现有童装合体性评估因素复杂及儿童发育时期体型差异显著等问题,根据国家童装号型标准以及实例样本数据对童装合体性进行评价。采用层次分析法构建人体的长度类、围度类和其他类指标的层次分析结构。基于灰色关联计算各指标的权重以及关联系数,建立多层次关联模型。根据3套童装样本的综合评估系数,评价不同尺寸儿童休闲服的合体性。结果表明,样本2的综合评估系数为0.73,评估效果最优,多层次灰色关联的童装合体性评估模型可有效评价不同尺寸童装的合体度。
In view of the complex evaluation factors of children′s clothing fit and the differences of children′s body types during the development,the evaluation of children′s clothing fit was carried out according to the national standard of children′s clothing size and sample data.Firstly,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to establish an AHP structure for human body′s length,circumference and other indicators.Then,the weight and correlation coefficient of each index are calculated based on grey correlation,and the multi-level correlation model was established.Finally,the fit of children′s casual clothing of different sizes was evaluated based on the comprehensive evaluation coefficient of 3 sets of children′s clothing as samples.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation coefficient of sample 2 is 0.73,the evaluation effect is the best,and the multi-layer grey correlation children′s clothing fit evaluation model can effectively and reasonably evaluate the fit degree of children′s clothing of different sizes.
