外开手柄体最终注射模结构方案分析与模具设计 被引量:1

摘要 外开手柄体是汽车上打开车门的一种手柄结构形式。在注射成型加工过程中,出现了熔接痕、缩痕、过热痕、流痕、波纹和银纹六种缺陷,在长时间整治无效的情况下。曾委托过高校采用CAE软件对缺陷进行了多次分析,并重制了多副注射模,缺陷仍得不到解决的情况下。采用了图解法进行分析,得出了外开手柄体在模具中摆放的位置造成了塑料熔体逆流填充出现多种缺陷。经调整外开手柄体在模具中摆放位置,塑料熔体顺流填充才避免了出现多种缺陷的状况。外开手柄体脱模形式由动模脱模变成了定模脱模,定模脱模虽然结构复杂,但不再会产生缺陷。说明了采用CAE软件对成形缺陷进行分析并不是十分有效,这是因为CAE软件还存在一些局限性,同时也说明了创建的图解法也是具有一定分析的效果。并且说明了注射模设计之后,一定需要进行成形缺陷的预期分析才会避免出现模具结构推翻重作的后果。 The outer opening handle body is a kind of handle structure for opening the door of automobile.In the process of injection molding,there are six kinds of defects:weld mark,shrinkage mark,overheat mark,flow mark,ripple and craze.In the case of ineffective rectification for a long time,colleges and universities have been entrusted to use CAE software to analyze the defects for many times and remake multiple injection molds.When the defects still can not be solved,the graphic method is used to analyze,and it is concluded that the position of the outer opening handle body in the mold causes the reverse flow filling of the plastic melt,resulting in a variety of defects.By adjusting the position of the outer opening handle body in the mold,the plastic melt can be filled along the flow to avoid a variety of defects.The demoulding form of the outer opening handle body is changed from the dynamic mold demoulding to the fixed mold demoulding.Although the structure of the fixed mold demoulding is complex,it will no longer produce defects.This shows that it is not very effective to analyze the forming defects by CAE software,because there are some limitations of CAE software,and it also shows that the graphic method created has certain analysis effect.This paper also explains that after the injection mold design,the expected analysis of the forming defects must be carried out to avoid the consequences of the mold structure overturning and rework.
