摘要
目的:研究青萍和紫萍两种浮萍中元素含量的分布差异。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定浮萍中25种无机元素的含量,并对测定的各元素含量进行主成分分析及正交偏最小二乘判别分析,构建了以浮萍中元素含量分布为研究对象区分青萍和紫萍间差异的实验研究模型。结果:不同产地浮萍中无机元素种类组成无明显差异,但其含量差异较大,含量最高的元素均为K元素;Ca、Mg、Na、P等常量元素及人体必需的微量元素Mn、Fe等含量也较高;此外还含有极微量的重金属元素,这对于研究浮萍所在地的重金属污染提供了有效参考。结论:两种浮萍内都含有丰富的无机元素,这可能与其药理药效作用的发挥有着密切的关系。
Objective:The study was performed to investigate the difference between Lemna minor L.and Spirodela polyrrhiza(L.)Schleid.with the distribution of element content.Methods:The content of 25 inorganic elements in two species of duckweed from different regions was determined by ICP-MS.And the multi-dimensional variable analysis including PCA and OPLS-DA of the content of each element was also carried out.Results:There were no obvious differences in the types of inorganic elements in those two duckweeds,but they have greatly varied in the content.The element with the highest content in the two duckweed species was K.The contents of constant elements such as Ca,Mg,Na,P and trace elements such as Mn and Fe which are necessary for human body,were also higher.Conclusion:In addition,two plants also contain very small amounts of heavy metal elements.Both duckweed were rich in inorganic elements,which may has a close relationship with its pharmacological effect.
